Holli Friedland

Holli is a longtime resident of Northwest Baltimore. She has a BS in Mass Communications from Towson University and an MA in Publications Design from University of Baltimore. Her teaching experience includes teaching at trade schools in the secretarial/word processing field for young adults and training business people on various software packages. Holli has been working as a freelance writer and graphic designer for over 30 years. During the past 12 years she has also been posting on social media for her clients. She once published a magazine called Petsaver, which was dedicated to rescue animals. An avid animal lover, Holli ran a reptile and amphibian rescue for 14 years. She has adopted several retired racing greyhounds since 1990 and was the editor of The Homestretch, a publication for greyhound adopters for several years. She is an avid knitter and sports fan. Working at the Myerberg has been a fulfilling experience for Holli as she is getting back to teaching and helping students write their memories for the world to read.
