If you have credits on your account that total $50 or more, you may apply your credit to a subscription.

For those with credits less than $50, the credit will remain on your account and can be used for future in-person programs, once our building reopens.

Cancellation

You may cancel any time during your free trial. After that, a 30-day notice is required for cancellations. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. When you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid. For example, if you started your subscription on the 1st of the month, you will have access until the last day of the current month. Payments by check may take up to three weeks to process. This means access to our Virtual Center, Personal Training, Tech Sessions, or any other paid service or program will not be accessible until your payment has been processed. It is for this reason that we HIGHLY recommended paying by card online or by calling 410-358-6856.

Subscriptions: We require a minimum of three months if paying by check. A trial will not be included and there are no refunds for subscription payments. For example, if paying for a Gold Subscription at the member rate of $36/month, you may send a check for $108. Please include the subscription type on the check. Your subscription will begin on the first day your account is ready to use and you will receive an email notification when your account setup is complete.

Membership

A Myerberg Membership is $72 and is good for one year. Benefits include discounted pricing on subscriptions, packages, and classes and free access to select programs.

Subscriptions

All recorded videos will be available within 7 to 10 business days from the class date.

Recorded Classes are available in subscribers’ On Demand catalog, which can be found by logging in to the Virtual Center and then clicking the “On Demand” button at the top of your main Activities Calendar page.

Yes! Classes are available to purchase for a one-time fee. When you click the “Sign-Up” button for a class not included in your plan, it will be added to your shopping cart and you can then purchase the class online. Once you complete payment, you can then log back in to Virtual Center and will then see a “Join Video” button for that class. Classes with “Limited Enrollment” in their title may require a nominal fee and are available on a first come, first served basis. Registration for these classes can be made online, by calling 410-358-6856 or by emailing lrudman@myerberg.org.

If an instructor must cancel his or her class for any reason, the class title will be updated to say “Cancelled” in our Virtual Center as soon as we receive notification from the instructor. In addition, an email notification will be sent to subscribers. Our instructors make every effort to either schedule a make-up class, provide a substitute or show a pre-recorded class during the scheduled class time. Due to varying schedules, we apologize if you are unable to participate in the make-up class. Most of our classes are recorded and made available in your on-demand catalog within 7 to 10 business days from the class date.

Subscription plans include a basic Silver plan as a Myerberg Member for $25/month and $35/month for nonmembers. An all access Gold plan is available for $36/month for members and $48/month for nonmembers. Those interested in only Virtual Bagel Boys can become a subscriber for $10/month, but must be a Myerberg Member. Inappropriate behavior is not permitted and includes but is not limited to: harassment of any kind to other participants or staff members; conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of self or others; solicitation, or panhandling; use of abusive, insulting, obscene, discriminatory or racially derogatory language; inappropriate appearance; or failure to follow an agency policy or procedure. All participants must obey all federal, state, county and city laws and ordinances. All participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their login information and agree not to disclose such to any third party. A participant who violates this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from virtual programs and cancellation of his/her subscription. The EAMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a violator’s membership or subscription.

Logging in with a Computer:

  1. Go to myerberg.org.
  2. Click the GREEN “Virtual Center Login” button at the top of the page.
  3. Type in your phone number as 10 digits (ex. 4439631450) and birth month and day as MMDD. For example, if your birth day is August 13, enter “0813”.
  4. Click the green button, labeled “Search”
  5. Click on the button with your name.
  6. You are now logged in to your Daily Activities.

Logging in with a Mobile Device:

  1. Go to myerberg.org.
  2. Click the WHITE “Virtual Center” button.
  3. Click the GREEN “Virtual Center Login” button.
  4. Type in your phone number as 10 digits (ex. 4439631450) and birth month and day as MMDD. For example, if your birth day is August 13, enter “0813”.
  5. Click the green button, labeled “Search”
  6. Click on the button with your name.
  7. You are now logged in to your Daily Activities.

  1. Once logged in to the Virtual Center, click the blue “Sign-Up” button for any programs you would like to attend.
  2. A box will pop-up. Click the green “Yes, Sign-Up” button.
  3. The class will now show a green bar and the words “You are registered to attend.” There will also be a grey “Join” button that includes the date and time you can join, which is 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin.
  4. When it is time to join, this button will turn blue and take you directly to the Zoom meeting.
  5. If you need the audio information, you can click the “Join Audio” button, which will be located next to “Join Video”.
  6. You can scroll to other days by clicking the orange buttons next to the date in the blue box.
  7. If a program is not included in your plan, it will say “This program is not included in your subscription plan. Please call to upgrade or pay a one-time fee.”

Accessing in-meeting chat (desktop)

  1. While in a meeting, click Chat in the meeting controls.
  2. This will open the chat on the right. You can type a message into the chat box or click on the drop down next to To: if you want to send a message to a specific person.
  3. When new chat messages are sent to you or everyone, a preview of the message will appear and Chat will flash orange in your host controls.

Accessing in-meeting chat (mobile)

  1. While in a meeting, tap the screen to make the screen to make the controls appear.
  2. Click on Participants.
  3. At the bottom of the participants list, click on Chat.
  4. You can type your chat message and click Send or if you want to change who it is being sent to, click the arrow next to Send to: and choose a different person or group of people.
  5. Incoming chats will be displayed at the bottom of your screen and you can click on Participants then Chat to view them.

This often means your internet connection is not strong. Try to troubleshoot the issue by:

  1. Make sure your computer, laptop or smart device is as close to your Wi-Fi router as possible.
  2. Try leaving the class and rejoining.
  3. Unplug your router and modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. It may take several minutes for your internet to reboot. This often solves many internet issues.
  4. Contact your internet service provider to help you troubleshoot.
