Social Services at the Myerberg

The Edward A. Myerberg Center provides useful resources and referrals that help older adults live actively and independently in Baltimore. Our social services give important social interaction and access to quality health resources to enhance and enrich the quality of life.

Senior Benefits

Our on site Senior Benefits Counselor can provide support services to help seniors remain independent, safe, and secure in the homes they cherish and the communities they love.  Contact Morgan at

Support Groups

The Myerberg Center in partnership with Jewish Community Services of Baltimore hosts on site  support groups.

  • Dementia Caregiver Support Group at 10:00am on the third Monday of the month
  • Low Vision Support Group at 1:30pm on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month
  • Parkinson’s Support Group at 2:00pm on the second Tuesday of the month

Eating Together in Baltimore

This popular program serves over 17,000 hot, nutritious Kosher meals each year to adults 60 and over. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and the camaraderie of Eating Together.
