Genius of Haydn with Jonathan Palevsky

Rock Steady Boxing with Markese

This class is supported by the Maryland Association for Parkinson Support, Inc.. Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. This call is for Level 1/2.
