Rock Steady Boxing with Markese

1:15 – 2:15 p.m. This class is supported by the Maryland Association for Parkinson Support, Inc.. Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. This call is for Level 1/2. For our Level 3/4 class, please attend Parkinson’s Dance with Lynn every Friday at 11 a.m. If you have not previously taken a Parkinson’s exercise class at the Myerberg Center, please email markese@myerberg.org or call 443-963-1455 to schedule an intial evaluation.
