Will a vaccine be required for entry?

A COVID-19 vaccine will not be required to enter our building. However, we strongly encourage all members to get the COVID-19 vaccine at their earliest opportunity to do so. Please consult with your healthcare provider for more information.

How will you be cleaning the building?

In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, heavily trafficked and high touch areas, such as bathrooms, will be cleaned at least three times every day with an EPA-approved disinfectant, such as isopropyl alcohol or bleach. Touch-free hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the building. We will also be using an electrostatic sprayer to clean heavily trafficked areas twice a day.

What measures are you taking to maintain your HVAC and ventilation systems?

We provide regular preventive maintenance to our units including routine filter changes. As recommended by the Baltimore City Health Department, we have upgraded our air filters to a Minimum Efficiency Rating Value (MERV) rating of 11. MERV ratings define the effectiveness of the filter against airborne particles which are measured in Microns. Each Micron is one millionth of a meter in size. MERV 11 filters are the highest filter recommended for our heating and cooling systems which also enable unobstructed air flow. MERV filters rated 11 catch particles that are 1.0 – 3.0 microns and are often used in hospitals and laboratories.

What is your visitor policy?

We love visitors! Beginning June 1, 2021, please call 410-358-6856 or email info@myerberg.org to schedule an appointment. We are not allowing unscheduled visits at this time. Visitors will also need to complete our COVID-19 Liability and Assumptions of Risk Waiver, Code of Conduct, and follow all standard check-in procedures.

I have a care partner or aide who assists me with my mobility and transportation needs. Will my care partner be allowed to enter the building?
