Myerberg at the J Midday Mondays Lunch and Learn
There’s always more to learn—and we’re here to help. Exercise your mind with our exciting list of offerings and get started on your next quest for knowledge! Bring your lunch and we’ll provide dessert and drinks. JCC members: $10 per class. Midday Mondays Lunch and LearnMyerberg at the J Art Classes
Tap into your creativity and get your hands a little dirty in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced artist, our instructors tailor the class to fit your needs. Classes feature a variety of artistic mediums including painting, drawing, and mixed media. We also offer knitting and scrapbooking.
Art ClassesMyerberg at the J Technology Classes
Build confidence and skills in using digital tools, devices, and online platforms. Our classes are for all levels, from beginners learning the basics of smartphones and computers to more advanced users exploring social media, cybersecurity, digital creativity, and smart home technology. Classes are hands-on and interactive in a supportive environment.
Technology ClassesMyerberg at the J Wellness Classes
Enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being with activities that support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Visual journaling can provide an emotional release by using creativity to express feelings. Walking has many benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Both classes also provide opportunities to connect with others in a warm supportive environment.
Wellness ClassesMyerberg at the J Games
Looking for a fun way to stay mentally sharp, engaged, and active? Games stimulate cognitive function, improving memory, problem-solving skills, and reaction time, which can help maintain brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. Games also provide opportunities for connection and fun. Engage in some friendly competition and teamwork, build community, and make new friends!
