Tracey Robbins
Art Instructor
Tracey Robbins grew up in Commack, New York. She and her husband Billy moved to Maryland 25 years ago and raised their boys Max and Jake.
A passionate and energetic art teacher, Tracey thrives on sharing her love for hand-built pottery, mosaics, glass fusion, and various crafts, including bead and wire art, macramé, and quilling.
With years of experience running the Art Camp at BT Camps, Tracey continues to inspire and teach art at Beth Tfiloh Middle and High School.
Tracey has found a new creative outlet working at the Myerberg Center, where she has discovered the joy of teaching adults. “It’s a completely different experience,” she says. “My students here feel like family. I learn way more from them than they do from me.”
One of Tracey’s greatest pleasures is watching her students—often unsure or nervous at first—unlock their creative potential. “Many come in saying they’ve never done art before, but by the end of the class, they’re beaming with pride and confidence,” she says. “That’s what it’s all about—helping create something beautiful while having fun.”
“The Myerberg is such an incredible place. I feel so lucky to be a part of this community!”
