Billing
If you have credits on your account that total $50 or more, you may apply your credit to a subscription.
For those with credits less than $50, the credit will remain on your account and can be used for future in-person programs, once our building reopens.
If you purchased a subscription plan with a trial, your card will be charged on the last day of your trial. After that, your card will be charged every 30 days until you cancel.

Our hours of operation are Mondays through Thursdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are closed on Federal and Jewish holidays. For a list of our scheduled closings, CLICK HERE.
We do not offer refunds for one-time class purchases, but we can provide access to the recorded version of the class you paid for. The recordings are typically available within 7 to 10 business days from the class date. To request access to the recording, please send an email to info@myerberg.org.
Cancellation
You may cancel any time during your free trial. After that, a 30-day notice is required for cancellations. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. When you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid. For example, if you started your subscription on the 1st of the month, you will have access until the last day of the current month. After that, your card will no longer be charged and access will no longer be available. To cancel your subscription, please call 410-358-6856 or email info@myerberg.org.

Absolutely! We recommend you use the sessions currently on your account before purchasing a new package. To get started, please reach out to your trainer or send an email to david@myerberg.org. You can also call David at 443-963-1451.
Payments by check may take up to three weeks to process. This means access to our Virtual Center, Personal Training, Tech Sessions, or any other paid service or program will not be accessible until your payment has been processed. It is for this reason that we HIGHLY recommended paying by card online or by calling 410-358-6856.
Subscriptions: We require a minimum of three months if paying by check. A trial will not be included and there are no refunds for subscription payments. For example, if paying for a Gold Subscription at the member rate of $36/month, you may send a check for $108. Please include the subscription type on the check. Your subscription will begin on the first day your account is ready to use and you will receive an email notification when your account setup is complete.
