Instructor: DAVID CURTISn CIRCUIT TRAINING (onsite) is a resistance-based exercise class that practices "active recovery" to provide strength and cardiac benefits. Members will exercise multiple muscle groups by doing intervals at various workout stations one after the other. In this class, you are always moving!
